COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UP

Our Commercial Clean Up service is custom tailored to your job site requirements because we know how valuable time is. We can book site clean ups as far in advance as you need.

Our Commercial services are priced by the approximate weight of waste materials(**).
​
Shingles: Old shingles are collected on the roofs "per Square" basis.
1 Square = $25 (Average house roof of 30 squares = $750)
Sod: Sod is collected on a cubic foot or cubic metre basis.
1 Cubic Foot = $7
1 Cubic Metre = $245
Concrete: Concrete is collected on a cubic foot or cubic metre basis.
1 Cubic Foot = $15
1 Cubic Metre = $525
**Lumber: Lumber and misc construction materials are collected on a "space used in truck" basis. Same rates as our residential clean up service.
Minimum load (1/4 Truck) = $100
Maximum load (Truck + Trailer) = $1000
